Reporting a Problem

In addition to support via fax and e-mail, ABCSpell offers a Product Support utility that lets you easily get answers and support online, or just contact us to provide feedback or questions. NOTE: You must be connected to the Internet to use these utilities.  
 
To access the Product Support utility:  
 

1.

Double-click the ABCSpell icon on your desktop.

2.

Click the Product Support tab.

3.

To access the ABCSpell Knowledge Base, click the Go To ABCSpell Knowledge Base button.

4.

To send a question to our support staff, click the E-mail a Question button (you can also just send an e-mail from your e-mail application to support@isota.com).

5.

To submit comments and feedback, click the Send Feedback button.

IMPORTANT: In addition to the utilities above, the Product Support tab provides access to an Advanced Troubleshooting utility which should not be used except under the guidance of an ABCSpell Support Technician.
