Reporting a Problem

In addition to support via fax and e-mail, ABCSpell offers a Product Support utility that lets you easily get answers and support online, or just contact us to provide feedback or questions. NOTE: You must be connected to the Internet to use these utilities.  
 
To access the Product Support utility:  
 
1.Double-click the ABCSpell icon on your desktop.  
 
2.Click the Product Support tab.  
 
3.To access the ABCSpell Knowledge Base, click the Go To ABCSpell Knowledge Base button.  
 
4.To send a question to our support staff, click the E-mail a Question button (you can also just send an e-mail from your e-mail application to support@isota.com).  
 
5.To submit comments and feedback, click the Send Feedback button.  

IMPORTANT: In addition to the utilities above, the Product Support tab provides access to an Advanced Troubleshooting utility which should not be used except under the guidance of an ABCSpell Support Technician.
