In order to perform spell checking in other languages, you must have downloaded and installed the dictionaries you want to use through AccuSpell's Online Updates feature.
The dictionaries are free, and you can use these dictionaries whether you are using a trial or registered version of AccuSpell. When you change languages,
To change the default language dictionary:
| 1. | In the lower right corner of your screen, right-click the mouse on the AccuSpell icon in the Windows systems tray. |
| 2. | In the menu, move the cursor to the Select Language option. A list of installed languages opens. |
| 3. | Click on a language to select it. |
| 4. | This will change the language AccuSpell uses for spell checking in all applications. |
To temporarily switch to another language while you are working in a document:
| 1. | Right-click the mouse on a misspelled word. |
| 2. | From the right-mouse menu, choose AccuSpell->Language. A list of installed languages opens. |
| 3. | Choose another language from the Language menu. (NOTE: This will not affect your other applications.) |
| 4. | AccuSpell switches to the selected language. |
| 5. | When you exit the application, AccuSpell switches back to the default language. |
