AccuSpell is designed to integrate its menu options into the normal right-mouse menu of your application. Although this is successful in most cases, occasionally there are applications where this integration cannot be performed. In such a case, misspelled words are still marked with a wavy red underline, but there is no way to access spell checking options from the right-mouse menu. If this occurs, there are two possible solutions:
| • | Manually correct the error in the document. Errors will be indicated by the red underlining, and you can simply correct the error in the document. |
| • | Set the right-mouse menu to display AccuSpell's options in place of the normal options. You can choose an option that will replace the normal right-mouse menu with AccuSpell's menu. The option will affect ALL applications, so you should consider your overall circumstances to determine if this is the most beneficial solution for you. If you decide that you want to proceed, follow these steps: |
| 1. | Double-click the AccuSpell icon in the system tray. The AccuSpell Options Window opens. |
| 2. | In the AccuSpell Window, click the Application Manager tab. |
| 3. | On the Application Manager tab, click Advanced Settings. The Advanced Settings window opens. |
| 4. | Click to select the "Display separately" option. |
| 5. | Click OK. This will cause AccuSpell to replace an application's normal right-mouse menu with AccuSpell's spelling options. |
