Editing the Excluded Word List

You can edit or remove words in an excluded words list through the My Word Lists tab in the AccuSpell Options Window.

 

To edit an excluded words list, if you have only one language dictionary installed:

 

 

1.Select Show AccuSpell Options to open the AccuSpell Options Window.
 
2.Click the My Word Lists tab. 
 
3.Click the Edit Excluded Words button.
 
4.Type the word into the box at the top of the window.
 
5.Click OK.

 

If you have multiple language dictionaries installed, follow the steps below:

 

1.In the lower right corner of your screen, right-click the mouse on the  AccuSpell icon red_checkmark2 in the Windows systems tray.
 
2.Under Select Language, choose the language you wish to edit.
 
3.Select Show AccuSpell Options to open the AccuSpell Options Window.
 
4.Click the My Word Lists tab.
 
5.Click the Edit Excluded Words button.
 
6.Type the word into the box at the top of the window.
 
7.Click OK.

 

 

       

 

Note: You can also switch to the Microsoft Word dictionary by clicking the Advanced Settings button on the My Word Lists tab.  Edits to this dictionary can only be performed in Microsoft Word.
