E-mails are responded to within 1 business day . Please note that this means e-mails received on Friday may not be answered until the following Monday. To provide us with specific information on your problem, we recommend that you use AccuSpell's Troubleshooting Utility. This utility will walk you through a simple process that automatically generates and sends a complete error report to our support technicians.

1. From the Product Support tab on the AccuSpell Window click the Advanced System Troubleshooting button, then Begin Troubleshooting .
2. Follow the instructions on the Troubleshooting screens.


Fax
You can fax your inquiry to 305-847-0681 , 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Faxes are responded to within 1 business day . Please note that this means faxes received on Friday may not be answered until the following Monday . In your fax, please include the following information to help us resolve your problem quickly:

· AccuSpell version number

1.Double-click the AccuSpell icon in the system tray.
2.Click on the Registration tab.
3.Do a right-mouse click.
4.At the top of the Registration tab you will see the word , followed by a number in parentheses. This number is the version number. If you are not running a trial version, the number also appears in the Registration Information box on this tab


· AccuSpell serial number

plusHow can I locate the serial number?
If you are using a trial version of AccuSpell, you will not have a serial number.

If you have purchased AccuSpell, follow these steps:

1.Double-click the AccuSpell icon in the system tray.
2.Click on the Registration tab.
3.Check under Registration Information . You will see your serial number listed, along with AccuSpell's version number and your Machine ID.

· What version of Windows is running on the computer where AccuSpell is installed
