Understanding the Custom Word List |

AccuSpell compares the words in your document with those in the AccuSpell dictionary. The AccuSpell dictionary contains most common words, but it might not include proper names, technical terms, acronyms, etc. To prevent AccuSpell from marking such words as spelling errors, you can add them to a Custom Word List.
NOTE: If you have multiple languages installed, your Custom Word List will contain all of the words you add, regardless of language.
Most of the words you add to your Custom Word List are the result of selecting Add when AccuSpell reports a word as misspelled. Each time you select Add, AccuSpell adds the word to the Custom Word List. However, you can also open the Custom Word List to view its contents, add new words, or modify or delete unwanted words.
If Microsoft Word or Office is installed, you can set up AccuSpell to share your existing Word or Office custom dictionary. This option is set by you during installation, and you can change your preference at any time afterwards. If you want AccuSpell to share the Microsoft custom dictionary, you must make any edits to that custom dictionary directly in Microsoft Word or Office.
