Understanding the Excluded Word List |

Some words have more than one correct spelling. For example, "gray" and "grey" are both considered correct spellings of the same word. However, you may prefer to use one spelling ( "grey") and have the other spelling ("gray") reported as an error, even though it is listed in the dictionary and is technically correct. In order to do this, AccuSpell supports the use of Excluded Word lists. Words that you add to an Excluded Word List are automatically considered errors, even though they appear in the standard dictionary. If you create an Excluded Word List that contains the spelling "gray", AccuSpell will report it as an error, while considering the spelling "grey" to be correct.
If you are using more than one language (example: you have a French or other language dictionary installed), you will have more than one Excluded Word list, and may select which list you wish to edit.
Excluded Word lists can be viewed and edited through the My Word List tab.
