To start using AccuSpell, just open the program you will be using and begin typing in it.  As AccuSpell detects possible errors, it does one of two things:

AccuSpell has a list of common typographical errors and other misspellings, called the Auto-Correct Word List. For these types of errors, AccuSpell will change them to the correct spelling as soon as it detects them.

If the misspelling is not found in the Auto-Correct Word List, AccuSpell uses a wavy red underline to mark the word as misspelled.

To correct spelling errors, you can change the spelling of the word manually, or

1.Right-click the mouse on the misspelled word to open the right-mouse menu as shown in this example:

2.Click on AccuSpell to see a list of suggested spellings and actions:

3.        Click on the correct spelling, or choose one of these options:

To ignore all occurrences of the misspelled word in this document, click Ignore All.

Some unusual words or names may be reported as misspelled because they are not in AccuSpell's dictionary. You can add words like this to a Custom Word List so that AccuSpell will no longer question their spelling. To add the word to a Custom Word List, click Add.

To run a quick spell check on the entire document, click Spell Check All... AccuSpell takes you to the first occurrence of a spelling error, and opens the Spelling dialog box.

To change the language AccuSpell is using for spell checking, click Language and choose from the list of languages. You must have downloaded the AccuSpell dictionary for a language in order to select it from the menu.
