The fastest way to find answers is to search the topics and questions in the AccuSpell Knowledge Base. In most cases, the answer to your question can be found here. You can access the Knowledge Base from within AccuSpell.
To search for an answer to a problem or question:
| 1. | Double-click the AccuSpell icon in your system tray. The AccuSpell Options Window opens. |
| 2. | Click the Product Support tab. |
| 3. | Click the Go To AccuSpell Knowledge Base button. A browser window will open and display the search page for the AccuSpell Knowledge Base. |
| 4. | Type your question or search words into the search box and click the GO! button. The Knowledge Base will return a list of topics that match your question. |
